Hello and welcome!

We have a limited number of discounted spots for in-person courses (Tier 1: 25% off; Tier 2: 50% off; Tier 3: 75% off).

We offer no-tuition-cost spots for our online program Hide Club.

These spots are intended for members of First Nations, Métis (Michif), and Inuit communities.

A sponsored spot is for you if:

  • You have current kinship ties and/or membership in an Indigenous community in the western hemisphere

  • The cost of the course/program is a barrier to you

  • You want to learn + experience hide tanning with us

A sponsored spot is not for you if:

  • You have way-back Indigenous ancestry and do not have current kinship ties

  • You are able to pay for the full cost of the course/program

  • You aren’t able to commit to the full length of the course/program

If you are Métis, please be specific with which community you are a part of and/or your family names.  If you are unsure, then this sponsored spot is not for you at this time. The guidelines here may be helpful.  This is by the Manitoba Métis Federation. We are not affiliated with this link.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for course programs. If you sign up for a program at a paid tier, we do not refund the cost if you change your mind. Remember, these spots are intended for those who cannot afford this education.
